Vintage sleeping bag bomber jacket. No pattern, I did a combination and mixed and matched. Found the sleeping bag at marktplaats and bought the lining, zipper, buttons and yoke fabric @gideonitaliaander . Love how it turned out. It wasn’t intentionally meant for him but for me. When I finished the body he tried it on and decided he needed it. Luckily I hadn’t cut out the sleeves yet so I could lengthen it and with the cuffs and and ribbing it was long enough for him. Yay! The Petaldress is here! Much love and congratulations to @softbodies_studio for launching this wonderful pattern! I made 3 versions (and will definitely make more!), the one you see here was meant as a costume for the theatre play I wrote and performed with my husband. When I saw the tester call for the Storybook swing coat from @matchymatchysewingclub , a vision popped into my head instantly. Creating this was an absolute blast and a true sewing high for me.
